I continue to work on the big commedia dell'arte scenarios project, and I have some internal targets and milestones for things to accomplish. I say internal because there isn't really a publicly obvious way to show it off. The biggest one was that I completed a pass of going through and converting to our playable format, all 100 scenarios from the 'Corsiniana Collection', which is a two volume manuscript that I've paid to get digital images of. This process took about three months, so I feel like I accomplished something, but during the process there were a lot of things that came up that I realize I have to make self-consistent, or otherwise recheck the translation, etc. PLUS, only about 30 of these plays have been play-tested so far, and that won't get finished until mid-2027.
Another milestone was that I translated and did the first pass on making playable the first play in a different collection called "Correr" whose manuscript resides in a museum/library in Venice. The other 50 plays in that collection will be on hold while I get other stuff done.
A less glorious milestone is that I've realized that I need to update my website to make it more useful, and I'm regaining the knowledge and skills required to do that, but this relearning is going very slowly. The milestone is that I at least broke the ice, and have been working on these PHP pages and making progress.
One of the milestones that seems in reach right now is beginning to do a reaching out to the community part of my work, but in my mind that mostly depends on getting the Events part of my webpage working.

The big external milestone coming up is in mid to late 2027, when I publish several new volumes of "The Complete Early Commedia dell'Arte Scenarios".
